PILLOW BLOCKS

The most extensively used bearing units. UCP, UCPK, UCPX and SBP are fixed to the shafts with set screws in the inner ring. HCP and SAP are fixed to the shaft with eccentric locking collars. UPCK also has a low center height.

TAPPED BASE PILLOW BLOCKS

UCPA Standard Duty Set Screw units are compact pillow blocks for limited space applications. Mounting is done with threaded bolts into the base.

PRESSED STEEL PILLOW BLOCKS

SAPP and SBPP are lightweight units consisting of two pressed steel plates. Used with light loads at low to medium speed with SA or SB inserts.

4-BOLT SQUARE FLANGE UNITS

UCF and HCF standard duty, UCFX medium duty and SAF light duty units bolt to the sides of equipment with four bolts. Set screws and eccentric locking collars have the same mounting methods as housings with the "P" suffix.

2-BOLT FLANGE UNITS

Housing saves space and weight and is installed with two bolts. Types UCFL and HCFL are standard duty units, while SBFL is light duty and UCFLX is medium duty.

2-BOLT OVAL FLANGE UNITS - LF TYPE

SBLF and SALF light duty, 2-bolt flange units are used with SB inserts only.

4-BOLT ROUND FLANGE UNITS

The 4-bolt UCFC standard duty and UCFCSX medium duty units are installed where concentricity is required.

Made from ductile iron, types SAFCT and SBFCT are light duty units used with SA and SB inserts only.

FLANGE BRACKET UNITS

Designed for standard duty, UCFB has three set holes on only one side of the flange. It is used where mounting space is limited and the housing can be fixed on one side only.

Stamped Steel Flanges

Styles include PFL 2-bolt flanges, PF 3-bolt and 4-bolt round flanges and PFT 3-bolt triangular flanges.

TAKE UP UNITS

UCT and UCST standard duty and UCSTX medium duty units are used where the center of the main shaft requires free alignment. UCT has a narrow slot; UCST and UCSTX have wide slots.

BEARING INSERTS

Radial ball bearings adapted to fit into a mounted housing. Types UC, HC and SER are standard duty; UCX is medium duty; SA and SB are light duty. SER also has a snap ring and groove. "C" prefix indicates cylindrical OD. Units with "G" suffix are relubricatable.

TRI-PLY SEAL AG BEARINGS

Agricultural bearings with a triple lip seal and outer shroud that prevent lubrication loss and protect against moisture and abrasion. Relubricatable (GW200PPB) and non-relubricatable (W200PPB) types available, with round or square bores.

DISK HARROW UNITS

209 and 211 series units feature two heavy gauge pressed steel plates riveted to form a housing, fitted with two rubber O-rings surrounding a triple lip sealed bearing. Use with square or round bores. Units can be relubricated.
